Obviously in difficult situations such as flooding, over flow of water, burst pipes and such, it is unusual to have a client that would put in writing their experience, especially during the hectic whirlwind of cleaning up and saving their precious belongings. So when we do receive expressions of gratitude in the form of a testimonial or review, we certainly are grateful. - “I received “Excellent” Service from Adib when I had a major flood disaster here at Austin in my bathroom, which traveled through several rooms in my house. I call him in the middle of the night and he showed up within 20 minutes and started right away. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and would not leave until I was comfortable.Another 1st class service I received was that he came by the house twice a day to check on the progress, adjusted things as needed, but he also called throughout the day for the duration of the service to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. - “Our kids were in the shower and decided to plug up the shower drain with a towel to make a ‘little swimming pool.’ Oblivious to the overflowing water, they enjoyed themselves while water started soaking into our carpet and baseboards. I had used Rhino Cleaning & Restoration before for regular carpet cleaning work so I called them and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were extremely quick and I told Adib how surprised I was that he got there so fast because I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to have the carpet wet for a short time.Then Adib showed me and my wife the moisture in the sheet rock and we were surprised at how high up the wall the water had gotten. He explained the potential problems we could have if we left the walls as they were, but put us at ease and told us to call our insurance company. When we got them on the phone we passed the phone over to Adib, and within minutes he received authorization to do what he needed to do. He removed the baseboards right away and began the drying process while one of his guys extracted water from the carpet. In one area the walls were too wet to dry without permanent damage, so he removed the damaged Sheetrock and even our adjuster was impressed at the way everything was handled. Our adjuster said that because he did everything right, it would save us a lot of time and money to get everything back to normal. We really had a great experience with them despite the horrible situation of dealing with the mess of a minor flood.”
